Inspired by my trip to Bali earlier this year where I learnt about the incredible rhythms, cycles and innate wisdom of women’s bodies, this day-long retreat takes place at PAUS, a breathtaking Scandinavian-inspired bathing and breathing space in the Cambridgeshire countryside.

We’ll begin our day together with a feminine yoga flow, helping to cultivate healthy self-esteem, self-discovery and a positive body image, followed by a Menstrual Cycle Awareness workshop where you’ll learn how to live in sync with your own unique rhythms (whether you have a menstrual cycle or not).

A delicious and nourishing two-course lunch awaits us at the Hilltop Bistro followed by bathing in the most beautiful setting in wood-fired hot tubs with a complimentary drink. There is also plenty of time to immerse and invigorate in the cold pools, rejuvenate and unwind in the authentic wood-fired Finnish saunas, explore the barefoot meadow trail or simply wind down in the many secluded and tranquil chill-out spaces.

We’ll come back together at the end of the day for a yoga session designed specifically to support women’s health and the pelvic organ before we close with time to share any reflections from the day.
